Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and eligibility
Use NamLauncher only if you can legally accept these terms. If you are below the age required in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
2. Minecraft and third-party services
NamLauncher is an independent launcher and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, Modrinth, or CurseForge. You must follow Minecraft's EULA and Usage Guidelines and each connected service's terms.
3. Microsoft and Cracked accounts
A Microsoft account must belong to you and have a valid Minecraft entitlement where required. A Cracked account is only a local/offline identity; it does not provide a Minecraft license, verify ownership, or authorize bypassing authentication or joining servers without permission.
4. Player conduct and server rules
Follow applicable law and every server's rules. Do not use NamLauncher for harassment, threats, fraud, unauthorized access, service disruption, malware, credential theft, ban evasion, or cheats where the server prohibits them.
5. Mods and intellectual property
Mods, modpacks, resource packs, shaders, skins, and other files belong to their respective authors. You are responsible for checking licenses, permissions, compatibility, and security before downloading, sharing, or modifying them.
6. Security and account responsibility
Keep your device and accounts secure. Do not share tokens or credentials. Report suspected compromise and remove accounts from the launcher when using a shared device.
7. Stable community build and backups
NamLauncher 1.0.1 is an unsigned stable community build and may still contain defects. Verify official downloads and back up saves, instances, screenshots, mods, and other important data before updates or migrations.
8. Downloads, updates, and network use
The launcher may download Minecraft files, Java runtimes, loaders, metadata, and selected third-party content. You are responsible for network charges, storage space, and reviewing requested downloads.
9. Changes and access
Features, integrations, and these terms may change to address security, legal, or service requirements. Materially updated terms require acceptance again before continuing.
10. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NamLauncher is provided as-is without warranties. The developer is not responsible for third-party services, incompatible content, server actions, lost data, or indirect damage. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
